Eventbrite and Mailchimp working together

We have organized an event and created our RSVP system on Eventbrite. After that we have posted it on Facebook, Twitter and, emailed it to our friends. Is there anything else that we can do? Of course! Remember when we worked on collecting emails? I offered two options, through the Launchrock landing page or through creating a link on mail chimp. If you used Mailchimp you are all set, if you use Launchrock you gonna have to take an little extra step and export the list on a CSV file and import it to Mailchimp.

Once you have exported your contacts to Mailchimp, you have to create a list of emails for your campaign. Give it a nice name, and you are almost set. When Mailchimp asks you about what type of email you would like to send select the ol’ html email campaign. On the templates section, select themes:Screen Shot 2014-04-12 at 2.58.59 PMThen scroll way down and select Eventbrite invitation:

Eventbrite and Mailchimp have created a collaboration system that allows us users to use both products with a perfect integration to mass promote events. The integration works great and helps you send beautiful engaging emails. The emails give you a button where the invitee can easily RSVP and issue tickets. Once they have RSVP’ed  Evenbrite provides you with a printable list, so you can have it at the door the day of the event.

This is a great integration system, thanks Mailchimp and Eventbrite for providing such quality tools for free!
